We accept PayPal, personal checks, and postal orders. Please note, if paying by check, allow 5 working days for clearance before dispatch. We only accept checks from within the UK.
Our clients are protected by distance selling regulations. In the event of a problem, we will sort it out or refund you.
Shipping in the UK
Shipping is calculated based on product weight. To minimise costs, we generally use Royal Mail parcel post (3 - 5 days) for items over 1.1 kilos. Orders up to 1 kilo are usually sent by 1st class postage.
For a faster service, email us for a quote on next-day delivery. Note that unless you've paid for next-day delivery, we can't be held responsible for postal delays.
If urgent, contact us for a quote for next-day delivery; these goods will require a signature. If you miss the delivery, a calling card will be left for you to arrange another delivery. If unclaimed after 5 days, goods will be returned to us, incurring a second delivery charge. We cannot be held responsible if you miss delivery or fail to rearrange a delivery date.
International shipping
For shipping prices to non-UK destinations, please email us for a quote.
We'll strive to get the best price for you. Note that most items are sent via Royal Mail, and our postage and packing charges include shipping, handling, and packaging.
Subject to availability, we'll resend any lost products, typically after 14 working days from dispatch (Royal Mail's requirement).
We'll make claims against them; the information may be used for claims via Royal Mail and may be shared with the police for internal investigations if there are patterns of loss in a postal region.
Please check your local sorting office first, as 95% of missing parcels are found there. We always obtain proof of posting. Please be available for delivery, as packages returned to us will incur a second postal charge to resend. Ensure you agree to the 14-day wait period before ordering from us.
